Sprouted Moong Salad

Makes: 4 servings


Grated carrot- 1 cup
Sprouted moong(green gram)- 3/4 cup
Pomegranate seeds- 1 cup
Grated coconut- 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves- Handful
Lemon - 1/2
Salt- as required

  1. Add carrot, pomegranate, grated coconut, sprouted moong and coriander leaves in to a large bowl.
  2. Toss them gently with your hands or using a large spoon.
  3. Add salt, squeeze lemon and then mix well.
  4. Sprouted moong salad is ready. Enjoy protein packed, refreshing and digestive salad.

  1. For spicy salad - add very finely chopped green chilly or pepper powder.
  2. For enhanced flavor you can add seasoning to salad.
