Ingredients:
Moong sprouts - 1 cup
Carrot - 1, grated
Cucumber - 1, diced
Tomato - 1, diced
Red bell pepper - 1/4 cup, diced
Yellow bell pepper - 1/4 cup, diced
Green bell pepper - 1/4 cup, diced
Seasoning:
Dill leaves - 1 tbsp
Cilantro - 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Black salt - 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Method:
- To a mixing bow, add the moong sprouts and vegetables.
- Add the seasoning, and mix well.
