Ingredients:
Beets - 2
Radish - 3
Cucumber - 1
Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 1 tbsp
Chia seeds - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Black pepper powder - as desired
Method:
- Soak the chia seeds in water for 10 min
- Chop the beets into cubes and add to a mixing bowl
- Slice the radishes, and cucumber and add to the same bowl
- Pour the EVOO, add salt and pepper as desired
- Add the soaked chia seeds, mix well and enjoy.
